I bought my Murano from Downtown Nissan and there is no Nissan dealership on the westside for maintenance. I drive 15 miles through downtown traffic to bring my car to Downtown Nissan for all service requirements. The service is always done right and there is no pressure to do add-ons which I appreciate. Ace is normally my go-to service agent and he's top notch. Nice fellow and very knowledgeable and responsive. The one downside is the wait time.
