  Raymond is always so kind and professional tge only reason I will not purchase another Nissan : this is my 4th Nissan I will try another style infinity or Mercedes if not I would buy another Nissan .

  This was my first time bringing my car. No appointment was necessary. There is clean lounge to wait while car is being serviced. Staff was friendly. My car was even washed during the service! Will bring my car here again.

  The ordered part was damaged but Chris, my service advisor, was more upset about it than I was. His genuine caring attitude was very much appreciated.

  A couple of hours later I received another text letting me know my car was done. When I arrived I payed the bill and received my washed car. If I had to give a complaint I would say that the car smelled like a mechanic. Other than that I was very satisfied with everything that was done.
