HOW TO ENTER
Enter one of two ways:
Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household during the Promotion Period.
A customer may only receive one entry total. Completing a test drive does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning beyond the one permitted entry.

Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

PRIZES
Four (4) winners will be selected at random.
The prepaid gift cards are not Disney gift cards.
Disneyland Resort park tickets are subject to ticket issuer terms, restrictions, availability, capacity limits, blackout dates, and any applicable reservation requirements.
Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, parking, souvenirs, taxes, and all expenses not specifically included in the prize are not included.
OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The Gardena Nissan 4th of July Summer Giveaway is sponsored by Logic Automotive LLC, doing business as Gardena Nissan, located at 1670 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena, CA 90247.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins June 24, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of California who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Entrants may enter by completing a test drive at Gardena Nissan and submitting the official entry form, or by completing the free online entry form at http://gardenanissan.com/4thofjulygiveaway without a purchase, payment, test drive, appointment, dealership visit, or marketing
5. How to Enter
Entrants may enter one of two ways:
(a) Test Drive Entry: Visit Gardena Nissan during the Promotion Period, complete a test drive, and submit the official giveaway entry form.
(b) Free Online Entry: Complete the official entry form online at Gardena Nissan | New & Certified Pre-Owned Cars, Trucks & SUVs in LA during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household, regardless of entry method.
An entrant who completes a test drive and later enters online, or enters online and later completes a test drive, will receive only one entry total.
Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, robotic, automated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prizes
Four (4) winners will be selected at random.
Winner #1 will receive two (2) Disneyland Resort park tickets with an approximate retail value of $325.
Winner #2 will receive two (2) Disneyland Resort park tickets with an approximate retail value of $325.
Winner #3 will receive one (1) $100 prepaid gift card with an approximate retail value of $100.
Winner #4 will receive one (1) $100 prepaid gift card with an approximate retail value of $100.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $850.
The prepaid gift cards are not Disney gift cards. Disneyland Resort park tickets are subject to ticket issuer terms, restrictions, availability, capacity limitations, blackout dates, and any applicable reservation requirements.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, taxes, souvenirs, and all other expenses not specifically included in a prize are the responsibility of the applicable winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Gardena Nissan plans to announce the potential winners during an Instagram Live broadcast at approximately 1:00 PM PT on @gardenanissan.
Following Instagram, watching the Instagram Live broadcast, or being present at Gardena Nissan is not required to win.
Each potential winner will also be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number submitted on the entry form. Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete the required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, attempts to enter more than once, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or technically corrupted entries; website, internet, social-media, or communications interruptions; or any other error that may occur in connection with the giveaway.
10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and contact the potential winners.
Marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter or win, and is not required to purchase a vehicle. Entrants should review Gardena Nissan’s Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Instagram and Disney Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Disney, Disneyland Resort, or their respective affiliated companies.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Meta, Disney, Disneyland Resort, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from liability related to this promotion.
12. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize.
13. Void Where Prohibited
Void where prohibited. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
