Complete a test drive at Gardena Nissan to enter in person, or enter free online without completing a test drive. Limit one entry per person, email address, and household. Both entry methods have equal odds of winning.
HOW TO ENTER

A customer may receive only one entry total. Completing a test drive does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning beyond the one permitted entry.

Watching the Instagram Live broadcast, following the Instagram account, or being present at the dealership is not required to enter or win.
Potential winners will also be contacted using the email address and/or mobile telephone number submitted on the official entry form.
PRIZES
Three winners will be selected at random.
Tickets may be used for one eligible Halloween Horror Nights event date occurring Monday through Friday only.
Tickets are not valid on Saturdays or Sundays.
The selected event date is subject to the ticket issuer's event schedule, availability, capacity limitations, blackout dates, event rules, reservation requirements, and all other applicable ticket terms and restrictions.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, taxes, and all other expenses not specifically included in the prize are not included and are the responsibility of each winner.
OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The Gardena Nissan Halloween Horror Nights Giveaway is sponsored by Logic Automotive LLC, doing business as Gardena Nissan, located at 1670 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena, CA 90247.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins August 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends September 5, 2026, at 11:59 AM PT. All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of California who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Entrants may enter by completing a test drive at Gardena Nissan and submitting the official entry form or by completing the free online entry form at http://GardenaNissan.com/giveaway. No purchase, payment, test drive, appointment, dealership visit, or marketing consent is required to enter online.
5. How to Enter
Entrants may enter using one of the following methods:
A. Test Drive Entry: Visit Gardena Nissan during the Promotion Period, complete a test drive, and submit the official giveaway entry form.
B. Free Online Entry: Complete the official online entry form at http://GardenaNissan.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household, regardless of entry method.
An entrant who completes a test drive and also submits an online entry will receive only one entry total. Completing a test drive does not provide an additional entry or improve the entrant's odds of winning.
Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, robotic, automated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Prizes
Three winners will each receive two Halloween Horror Nights tickets.
Each pair of tickets has an approximate retail value of $154.
A total of six tickets will be awarded, with a total approximate retail value of $462.
Each prize may be used for one eligible Halloween Horror Nights event date occurring Monday through Friday only.
Tickets are not valid on Saturdays or Sundays.
The selected event date is subject to the ticket issuer's event schedule, availability, capacity limitations, blackout dates, reservation requirements, event rules, and all other applicable ticket terms and restrictions.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, taxes, and all other expenses not specifically included in the prize are the responsibility of the applicable winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Three potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
Gardena Nissan plans to announce the potential winners during an Instagram Live broadcast at approximately 1:00 PM PT on the @gardenanissan Instagram account.
Following the Instagram account, watching the Instagram Live broadcast, or being present at Gardena Nissan is not required to enter or win.
Each potential winner will also be contacted using the email address and/or mobile telephone number submitted on the official entry form. Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete the required documentation, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, attempts to enter more than once, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or technically corrupted entries; website, internet, social-media, or communication interruptions; or any other error that may occur in connection with the giveaway.
10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and contact potential winners.
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the giveaway, win a prize, or purchase a vehicle. Entrants should review Gardena Nissan's Privacy Policy for additional information.
11. Instagram and Event Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, NBCUniversal, Universal Studios Hollywood, or Halloween Horror Nights.
By entering, each entrant releases these companies and their respective affiliated companies, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from liability related to this promotion.
12. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize.
13. Void Where Prohibited
Void where prohibited. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
